Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. If tracking never updates for weeks, I start to worry about the order. If a website gives a detailed guide for measurements, I feel more confident when ordering.

If you sit in front of a screen for many hours, these small features make a difference. Trendy pieces are fun, but I only buy them when the price is reasonable. I like when they mention whether the fabric has stretch or not, that detail matters a lot.
