I attribute this to a number of factors, including a reduction in anxiety over natural blood sugar support glucose numbers which led to over-corrections in both directions, improvements in blood pressure (probably at least partly due to the reduced anxiety), and the hypothesized effects of CBD from the marijuana reducing oxidative stress on my nervous and circulatory systems. Insulin resistance states may increase thyroid gland nodularity and coexisting diabetes may increase risk of visual loss in patients with Graves’ disease. Smoking increases the risk of many health problems occurring so you should stay completely clear of this harmful drug. Keeping your A1C, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels close to your goals and stopping smoking may help prevent the long-term harmful effects of diabetes.
